Thank You to Our 2026 Summer Interns

This summer, Beat the Streets Chicago was fortunate to have seven summer interns supporting our program: six programming interns and one marketing intern. Six of the seven were BTSC alumni, returning to give back to the same program that shaped them.

Our programming interns played a hands-on role in Summer STEAM Camp, coaching and facilitating activities for our campers throughout the month. Our marketing intern worked alongside our marketing department, planning and executing content across all of camp.

Having alumni return in these roles means a lot to us. It's a reminder that the impact of this program doesn't end when a wrestler ages out of ur high school programming, it continues, often in the form of younger kids getting coached and mentored by someone who once sat in their shoes.
