Next Stop: Olympic Training Center, Congrats Coach Jassy!

We want to congratulate Coach Jaslynn “Coach Jassy” Gallegos as she takes the next step in her wrestling journey! In honor of National Girls and Women in Sports Day on February 4th, we’re proud to celebrate Coach Jassy as a powerful example of what’s possible for young women in wrestling.

She’ll be moving to the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado to live as a resident athlete while she pursues her World and Olympic dreams. We can’t wait to see her crush it on the world stage, and we’ll be cheering her on from Chicago as she represents #TeamUSA.

Over the past year, Coach Jassy has become one of our most valued coaches; bringing elite wrestling knowledge and an incredible ability to connect with our kids. While we hate to see her go, we’re deeply grateful for the impact she’s had on our athletes and our community.

We’re also proud and grateful for the support from the Women’s Sports Foundation as they continue to help strengthen and grow our girls program as the next generation of Life Champions rise.
